STUDIO MANAGER

Job Description: Lindsey Goddard Interiors is seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Studio Manager to oversee the operational heartbeat of our firm. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project workflows, studio systems, and operational efficiency

  • Manage proposals, invoicing, and financial tracking

  • Place and track orders for furnishings, finishes, and materials

  • Coordinate vendor communication, warehousing, and delivery logistics

  • Maintain internal SOPs, templates, and business documentation

  • Support the Principal Designer in resourcing, scheduling, and team alignment

Ideal Candidate: We’re looking for a systems-oriented thinker with a strong grasp of numbers, excellent communication skills, and a calm, solutions-forward mindset. SENIOR DESIGNER

Job Description: Lindsey Goddard Interiors is hiring a Senior Interior Designer to lead high-end residential projects from concept through completion. This role is for a seasoned creative who balances visionary design thinking with technical proficiency, mentorship, and a mastery of client relationships. You will collaborate directly with the Principal and oversee design development, documentation, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-service residential projects, managing scope, schedule, and design integrity

  • Develop and present concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and design narratives

  • Oversee FF&E sourcing, specification, and procurement

  • Produce and redline construction drawings and casework details in AutoCAD

  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and trades throughout implementation

  • Mentor junior designers and collaborate with studio leadership on team development

Ideal Candidate: We’re seeking an experienced designer (7+ years) with a portfolio of refined, residential interiors. Strong technical skills in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite are essential, as is an intuitive understanding of scale, texture, and light. You bring a sharp eye, a steady hand, and a collaborative spirit.

Designer II

Job Description: Lindsey Goddard Interiors is looking for an Interior Designer II to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a designer with 3–6 years of experience who is ready to take the lead on select project phases, contribute to design development, and elevate the execution of luxury interiors across multiple touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and lead design development, from schematic through procurement

  • Create detailed drawing sets in AutoCAD, including elevations and millwork

  • Source furnishings, finishes, fabrics, and fixtures aligned with project vision

  • Prepare client presentations and contribute to concept ideation

  • Coordinate vendor communication and assist in order tracking and install prep

  • Collaborate with senior designers and contribute to internal team meetings

Ideal Candidate: You are a thoughtful designer with strong drafting skills and a refined aesthetic. You’re confident taking initiative, balancing multiple projects, and contributing meaningfully to the creative process. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite is expected; curiosity and collaboration are essential
